OshNosh: Saturday Sundance Smoothie

A 5:20am wake up from Osh, combined with a grey, damp morning here mean we are crying out for some sunshine!So I’ve made a sunflower seed packed smoothie for some extra protein, vitamin E, healthy fat and magnesium, ready for Osh’s tennis session this morning!


  • Handful blueberries
  • Handful strawberries
  • Handful spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 250ml milk of your choice (I’ve used Koko)
  • 2 dessert spoons sunflower seed butter (I’ve used IQ Chocolate’s smooth version)


Whizz all together and enjoy!
