OshNosh: Super Saturday Smoothie

Osh loves a smoothie every so often and it’s a great way for us to sneak some good stuff into his beaker without him even realising!

Ingredients

  • 350ml alternative milk of choice (I use Koko Dairy Free Original)
  • Handful of blackberries
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of strawberries
  • Handful of spinach
  • Flesh of 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1 lime

Method

Blitz it all up in a blender (we use a Nutribullet to get a good smooth result) and serve.

NB: To be tummy-kind, we don’t give Osh too much in one go!
